Typical Applications for Sheet Fibreglass Grating

Most of our customers use fireglass grating as a replacement platform for galvanised steel grating. Since fibre glass is lighter and maintenance free it is easier to work with and the material itself contains colur pigment, so no painting is required.

Our "Mini Mesh" fibreglass grating provides a tighter surface grid and is ideal for marina decking and platforms designed to allow liquid but not materials through. Again its is maintenance free and hence does not require the annual care that timber decking requires

All gratings are isophthalic polyester resin with fire retardant and UV inhibitors, unless otherwise stated.

All our fibreglass gratings have an anti slip gritted surface as standard, with the exception of the 12mm which has a smooth surface

Fibreglass Products - GRP Vent Risers

Our featured product this month is the GRP vent riser, used for covering routes from floor to floor carrying utilities and services in commercial buildings. The product is available prefabricated to your specifications and we can also provide a team to deliver and install the vent riser on your behalf. The product has good electrical resistance and is fire retardant.

The vent risers are constructed from GRP Grating.

Application: Commercial new builds, refurbishment of commercial buildings and office buildings. Replacement of old units.
